Reports to: Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager
Role Purpose
The Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales team to grow revenue by identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting the company’s products in assigned regions. This role is ideal for a motivated, target-driven individual looking to build a career in sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned region.
● Promote and sell company products to end consumers.
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
● Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers.
● Support the onboarding of new customers and maintain strong relationships.
● Visit existing customers regularly to maintain relationships and drive repeat sales.
● Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
● Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
● Gather market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
● Identify new sales opportunities within assigned areas.
● Provide regular sales reports to the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
● 0–2 years of experience in sales or field marketing.
● Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
