Sales Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Executive who will play a vital role in driving sales growth and market penetration within the assigned county by promoting the company’s products and services. The role involves delivering set county revenue targets, managing key distributor accounts and market growth within the territory.

Key Responsibilities
· Daily visits to hardware stores, distributors, contractors, and construction sites.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned county.
· Generate orders and follow up on deliveries.
· Collect outstanding debt and maintain strong credit discipline.
· Provide market intelligence on competitor products and pricing.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
· Convert leads into active clients and secure repeat business.
· Manage and grow the company’s presence within the assigned county.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, architects, and distributors.
· Provide product information, technical guidance, and after-sales support to clients.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and client records.
· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
· Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client database.
· Provide market intelligence and feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
· Support local marketing campaigns, activations, and product promotions within the county.
· Promote brand awareness through client engagement and field marketing activities.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and project acquisition targets.
· Collaborate with operations, production, and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Requirements
· 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing -building materials role, marketing or training role.
· Strong negotiation and business development skills
