Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Management: Identify and qualify new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to potential individual and corporate clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections effectively and utilize strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals.
- Pipeline Oversight: Manage and update a large prospect pipeline using CRM systems to ensure no lead is left cold.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity within the Nairobi market.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: * 2–5 years of proven performance in a competitive, high-volume sales environment.
- Previous experience in Real Estate, Insurance, or Automotive sales is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding demanding sales targets.
- Technical: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a distinct advantage.
- Language: Excellent command of both English and Kiswahili (written and verbal).
