Sales Executive
Job summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and market growth of Uplands Premium Dairies & Foods Ltd products within the Nairobi region. The role focuses on expanding distribution channels, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring consistent availability and visibility of dairy and food products across retail and wholesale.
Job descriptions & requirements
· Drive sales of dairy and food products across Nairobi to meet and exceed set targets
· Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets
· Maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, shops, and key accounts
· Ensure proper product distribution, shelf presence, and stock availability
· Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and pricing trends
· Implement trade promotions and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
· Monitor stock movement and minimize product expires, especially for perishable dairy products
· Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate customer account records
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts
· Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service issues promptly
Requiments
· Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in dairy industry
· Strong understanding of Nairobi’s retail and distribution network
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets
· Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
