The company is involved in the export of specialty Arabica coffees, packing, and supply to both local and international markets. Employment Type: 6-month Contract

Key Responsibilities:
● Source and engage prospective clients through LinkedIn, social media platforms, and email outreach
● Manage inbound and outbound leads generated via digital channels
● Present and sell roasted coffee and green coffee beans to local and international buyers through virtual meetings
● Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
● Work towards agreed sales volumes and revenue targets
● Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients remotely
● Respond to inquiries on coffee grades, origins, pricing, and availability
● Maintain accurate client data, communication logs, and sales records
● Learn and understand Specialty Arabica and Value Edition coffee offerings
● Support coordination between sales and operations teams to fulfill customer requirements
● Research international coffee markets, buyer trends, and competitor positioning
● Build knowledge of the coffee export process and documentation

Qualifications & Skills
● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field
● Experience in digital sales, social selling, or B2B outreach is an added advantage
● Strong interest in learning the coffee and export industry is essential
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Good organization, follow-up, and customer management abilities
● Comfortable working with targets and timelines
● Self-motivated and coachable
● Aged 23–30 years (Female)
● Strong communicator with confidence in online engagement
● Curious, eager to learn, and interested in coffee and global trade
● Hands-on exposure to coffee sales and export markets
● Starting salary: KES 20,000
