Sales Executive
Job summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a cloud computing company. Our client is seeking results-oriented Sales Executive to drive aggressive revenue growth and achieve ambitious unit sales targets. The ideal candidate thrives in a commission-driven environment and possesses the drive to do whatever it takes (within ethical boundaries) to secure clients and maximize revenue.

Base Salary : 25,000 Kshs
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining strong performance KPIs.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new SME and enterprise clients through continuous lead generation and outreach.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, partnerships, and cold outreach activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and manage negotiations to successfully close deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and follow up on opportunities until closure.
- Build long-term client relationships, drive repeat and upsell business, and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, with sales certifications as an added advantage.
- Proven experience in B2B technology, SaaS, cloud, or digital solutions sales with a strong record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Experience selling complex technical solutions and managing high-volume sales processes. Strong prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven professional proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office, with understanding of cloud solutions and the Kenyan SME and enterprise market.
