Pipe Masters and Plastics Limited is a leading manufacturer in the PVC/HDPE pipe industry, renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team.

Industry : PVC/HDPE Pipe Manufacturing

Location : Athi River

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the construction industry, including builders, contractors, and infrastructure developers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize repeat business. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal pricing and terms for both the company and the customer. Collaborate with internal teams, including production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting opportunities and potential risks.

Requirements:

Degree in sales, marketing or business related field 4 years’ sales and marketing experience in selling PVC/HDPE Pipes, electrical and waste fittings will be an added advantage. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively overcome objections and secure sales deals In-depth knowledge of the PVC /HDPE pipe industry, including understanding of product specifications, applications, and market dynamics Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales goals. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients.
