DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development:
· Identify, target, and convert new customers in the assigned area market.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
· Track competitor activity and market trends to capitalize on new opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail outlets.
· Address client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Regularly visit clients to strengthen partnerships and gather market feedback.
Reporting & Analysis:
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
· Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
· Provide recommendations for promotions, pricing adjustments, and new product launches.
Collaboration & Marketing Support:
· Work closely with the marketing team to implement product promotions and campaigns.
· Provide feedback on market reception, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
· Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on product features and benefits.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
· Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FMCG sales
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of the assigned area is an added advantage
· Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
· Analytical and able to use sales data to drive decisions
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales management tools
