Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and direct outreach.
- Promote and sell the company’s real estate properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close property deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and property marketing events.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Provide professional advice on property options, pricing, and market trends.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Maintain an updated customer database and follow-up records.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues where necessary.
Market Intelligence & Research
- Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and customer needs.
- Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.
- Support the development of sales and marketing strategies.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure proper preparation and completion of sales documentation.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in: Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
