Job Summary
The Sales Executive (Field Sales) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, visiting clients, promoting products and services, and closing sales. The role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who is comfortable working in the field, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in engaging customers, and a passion for sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential, corporate, and commercial markets.
Conduct field visits to prospective clients, offices, construction sites, and businesses.
Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Build strong relationships with property developers, contractors, architects, and business owners.
Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Sales & Client Management
Present company products and interior solutions to potential clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the internal team.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals professionally.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending opportunities.
Maintain strong after-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Update client interactions, leads, and opportunities in sales records.
Coordinate with showroom and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities in the field.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
Experience in interiors, furniture, construction materials, or related industry is an added advantage.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, energetic, and highly motivated.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
