Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within schools, universities, corporates, and institutions.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for group travel.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., school administrators, HR managers, procurement teams).

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Coordinate with the operations and tours team to design customized travel packages.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales service.

Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales performance.

Attend industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to promote company services.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategy.

Key Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or service industry.

Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving sales targets.

Experience dealing with schools, corporates, or institutional clients is highly desirable.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
