We are seeking for dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive (B2B) to drive business growth by developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, healthcare institutions, insurance providers, NGOs, government agencies, and other strategic partners

Qualifications:
Ø Diploma or Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Ø Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling healthcare solutions in the Nairobi market.
Ø Strong consultative selling, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to negotiate and close deals.
Ø Self-driven, resilient, and highly organized with a professional appearance and outstanding communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business clients within assigned markets and territories.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and market growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, educational institutions, NGOs, Sacco’s, government agencies, and other institutional clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Health Reach's healthcare products and services.
- Understand client needs and develop customized healthcare solutions and proposals.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts through regular engagement.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Actively maintain and update the company’s CRM software tracking leads, conversion rates, and sales activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
- Participate in networking events, medical camps, exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums to promote Health Reach.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities using the company's CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
