- Actively identify, target, and acquire new residential and business customers within assigned territories
- Execute door-to-door sales, field prospecting, and strategic outreach to generate qualified leads
- Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, referrals, digital channels, and partnerships
- Map out potential areas for network expansion and provide market intelligence to management
- Promote the company’s internet solutions including fiber, wireless broadband, and enterprise connectivity services
- Clearly articulate product features, pricing, value propositions, and competitive advantages to clients
- Customize solutions based on client needs (home users, SMEs, corporates, etc.)
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and service agreements
- Close sales efficiently while ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the sales and onboarding process
- Follow up on leads and existing clients to ensure high conversion and retention rates
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with technical/support teams for timely resolution
- Take ownership of assigned sales territory and ensure maximum market coverage
- Conduct regular field visits to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities
- Gather insights on customer needs, pricing trends, and service gaps in the market
- Recommend strategies to expand coverage and increase market share
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM or reporting tools
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management
- Track personal performance against targets and proactively implement improvement strategies
- Provide forecasts and pipeline updates to support business planning
- Work closely with technical, installation, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely activation of customer services
- Share client feedback with internal teams to improve product offerings and service quality
- Represent the company professionally during field activities, activations, and events
- Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities
- Enhance brand visibility within assigned regions through consistent engagement and outreach
- Ensure all sales processes, contracts, and documentation comply with company policies
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
- Adhere to ethical sales practices and regulatory standards within the telecommunications industry
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience in an ISP or telecommunications company
- Strong understanding of internet products such as fiber, wireless, and broadband solutions
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities
- Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
