Our Client is a leading supplier of modern, built-in kitchen appliances including hobs, ovens, microwaves, hoods, sinks, and kitchen hardware. The company is known for delivering durable, energy-efficient products alongside installation and after-sales technical support services. The Sales Executive is responsible for driving showroom sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable kitchen appliance solutions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer experience, and building long-term client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Welcome and engage walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable kitchen appliances and  solutions 
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers 
  • Provide accurate information on pricing, specifications, and ongoing promotions
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on leads to convert into sales 
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently  
  • Process sales transactions and ensure proper documentation 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and  referrals  
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising  standards 
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and attend regular sales training sessions

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (preferably in domestic appliances, furniture, sanitary ware, or consumer durables)  
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills 
  • Customer-focused with a strong sales drive 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 
  • Good presentation and product demonstration skills
