The Sales Executive is responsible for driving showroom sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable kitchen appliance solutions. Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable kitchen appliances and solutions
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers
- Provide accurate information on pricing, specifications, and ongoing promotions
- Prepare quotations and follow up on leads to convert into sales
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
- Process sales transactions and ensure proper documentation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
- Stay updated on product knowledge and attend regular sales training sessions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (preferably in domestic appliances, furniture, sanitary ware, or consumer durables)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a strong sales drive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good presentation and product demonstration skills
