Role Overview
We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales and want to earn uncapped commissions, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Contact and follow up with potential clients to close sales
- Present and promote company properties to prospective buyers
- Organize and guide clients during site visits
- Explain property details including location, pricing, payment plans, and title deeds
- Build strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Meet and exceed set sales targets
- Maintain accurate client and sales records
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales (real estate is an added advantage)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for closing deals and earning commissions
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
