The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and growing sales among corporate organizations, educational institutions, NGOs, government agencies, and wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients, schools, NGOs, government institutions, and wholesale customers
  • Promote and sell office stationery, school supplies, office consumables, toners, cartridges, printing supplies, and related products
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Generate quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and after-sales support
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend growth strategies
  • Provide regular market feedback and sales reports to management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous sales experience is mandatory
  • Experience in stationery, office supplies, printing services, FMCG, or a related industry will be a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to identify and acquire new clients
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer engagement skills
  • A valid driving license will be an added advantage
