Sales Executive - Vipingo

Role Summary: Driven sales professional to grow Vipingo's property portfolio. Responsible for generating and converting qualified leads, delivering an exceptional client experience, and achieving approved individual sales and collection targets. Includes proactive prospecting, client engagement, property presentations and site tours, negotiation, transaction follow-through, referral generation, and disciplined CRM management across residential, land, and other assigned investment products.

• Target-driven, commercially disciplined and rigorous in follow-up and CRM updates

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum score of B+ in KCSE or equivalent

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field with a minimum score of second class upper

• 3-5 years in sales, business development or client relationship management

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and converting self-generated leads

• Experience in real estate or other target-driven sectors such as insurance is an added advantage

• Professional sales and/or CRM training is an added advantage
