We're looking for a sales-driven, results-oriented professional who is confident in closing deals and passionate about travel. You will generate leads, prepare safari quotations, manage client inquiries, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. You should be proactive, organized, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-growing environment.
- Identify and contact potential clients and travel partners
- Promote and sell safari packages across Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar
- Respond to client inquiries and prepare safari quotations
- Follow up leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Source potential clients through digital channels including social media platforms and Online Travel Agencies
- Assist in creating customized safari packages based on client preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners
- Maintain records of client communication, inquiries, and bookings
- Support basic administrative tasks related to safari bookings and coordination
- Previous experience in sales (tourism experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to generate leads and close sales
- Familiarity with social media and digital platforms for client sourcing is an added advantage
- Passion for travel and tourism
- Ability to take initiative and contribute to business growth
