DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify potential retail clients within Nairobi who can benefit from POS systems.
· Use cold-calling, door-to-door visits, referrals, and networking to generate leads.
· Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track outreach efforts.
· Meet prospective clients in person to present POS solutions tailored to their business needs.
· Address client questions, objections, and concerns effectively to close sales.
· Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
· Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders promptly.
· Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
· Provide management with feedback on client needs, competitor activity
· Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
· Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
· Share best practices and strategies with colleagues to improve team performance.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Aggressive, results-oriented, and self-motivated mindset
· Ability to work independently in the field
· Basic understanding of retail operations is an added advantage
