Hallmark is hiring on behalf of a real estate developer with two high-end residential apartment developments currently under construction in Westlands, Nairobi. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and develop relationships with potential buyers
- Conduct professional client consultations, site visits, and presentations
- Guide buyers through the off-plan purchase process from inquiry to close
- Maintain an active, well-managed sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and marketing team on lead follow-up
Requirements
- Proven track record in high-end residential property sales (verifiable transactions required)
- Experience with off-plan sales is a strong advantage
- Existing network of HNW clients, diaspora buyers, or corporate relocation contacts
- Deep familiarity with Nairobi's prime residential neighbourhoods
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and digital
- Professional presentation and client-facing conduct
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB), Kenya

Candidates who have previously sold units in any of the following developments will be given priority consideration:
