What You’ll Do
• Learn and understand the company’s products.
• Identify and engage potential customers through online research, cold calls, emails, and referrals.
• Present and explain basic product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Assist in preparing product demos, quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Follow up with clients on pending orders, support inquiries, and feedback.
• Collect and analyze information on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences and prepare simple reports.
• Work with technical teams to understand product updates and customer requirements.
• Participate in digital and offline marketing campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
• Recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business or IT field.
• Motivated, willing to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales and marketing experience is an added advantage.
