Surelift Solutions Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking to recruit a Sales Team Leader responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business revenue.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and mentorship.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
- Ensure accountability and productivity within the sales team.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Must have a valid driving license
Compensation: Retainer and commission-based subject to agreed performance targets.
