Job Summary

Pillow Enterprises Inc is seeking a talented and seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts to the next level. As the manager of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth, building, and maintaining relationships with key clients, and developing and executing sales strategies.

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 4 years

Job Description/Requirements

Requirements:

• 4 + years of sales experience in a customer facing industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A passion for personal and professional growth & development 

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making

• Experience developing B2B account strategies, new business proposals, negotiating value proportions, and product placement. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to reach sales targets

• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients

• Present and sell company services to new and existing clients

• Prospects and contacts potential clients to create a
    new outlets of distribution. 


• Demonstrate goal-oriented business-to-business sales performance and success

Education:

• Bachelor's required 
• Masters (Preferred)

Experience:

• B2B & B2C Sales : 4 years
