Realty Development Group (RDG) is a dynamic real estate project management and marketing company with active developments in Isinya, Juja and Kiambu. As we expand our flagship projects, we are looking for highly driven and experienced professional to head our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents.

· Develop and implement sales strategies for land and property projects.

· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Oversee client acquisition, follow-ups, and closing of deals.

· Coordinate with marketing team on campaigns, activations, and site visits.

· Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and forecasts.

· Build strong networks with agents, brokers, and investors.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.


Required Qualifications

· Minimum 5+ years experience in real estate sales, preferably land sales.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business or related field.

· Membership or familiarity with real estate professional bodies is an added advantage.

· Strong negotiation and closing skills.


Expected Expertise

· Deep understanding of land sales processes and documentation.

· Market analysis and pricing strategy skills.

· CRM and sales reporting tools proficiency.

· Client relationship management at high-value levels.

· Ability to plan and execute site visits and roadshows.

· Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
