Proactively leverage existing client relationships and Solution Selling expertise to successfully develop existing markets and generate new business opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
° Maintain direction of Sales Activities towards fulfillment of company’s long-term and short-term targets.
° Follow up on all sales leads & inquiries.
° Identify prospective clients' exact needs, by questioning, observation and the completion of a full sales cycle.
° Achievement of set business targets for the region
° Key Account Management
° Relationship building with new and existing Industry consultants
° Liaison with regional offices for various tasks
° Keeping a tab on new business opportunities & their materialization
° Direct selling of Software Solutions to targeted prospects & Markets
° Consistently meets or exceed goals and financial performance targets.
° Constantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity.
° Sending Quotations / Bids / SLA’s
° Post Sales co-ordination with clients with respect to providence of promised deliverables
° Ensure release of payments from new orders as per SLA
Required Skills
° Experience: Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience in Enterprise software sales / Hospitality Industry.
° Experience with leading IT/Software/ Hospitality companies or OTA Experience is an added advantage.
° Ability to impact an audience with your strong presentation skills.
° Effective application of consultative or solution selling techniques.
° Presents a professional image inside and outside of the organization.
° Persistently demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward the company, the work, the vision and the people.
° Degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
