- Develop and execute general trade sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Drive product penetration and increase market share across assigned territories.
- Identify new sales opportunities within wholesale and retail trade channels.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet target
- Manage and grow distributor networks across assigned regions.
- Ensure optimal product availability in wholesale markets, kiosks, dukas, and independent retailers.
- Expand distribution coverage to underserved or emerging markets.
- Strengthen route-to-market efficiency and reduce stock gaps.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate field sales teams (sales representatives and merchandisers).
- Set clear performance targets and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly achievements.
- Conduct regular field visits, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Build a high-performing and accountable sales force.
- Develop strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key trade partners.
- Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional agreements.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient stock movement.
- Resolve distributor and customer issues promptly.
- Ensure strong in-store execution, including branding, merchandising, and product placement.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and trade activations.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards across all retail points.
- Track sales volumes, distribution metrics, and market performance.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and trade agreements.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent shortages.
- Ensure ethical business practices across all trade channels.
- Degree/Diploma in a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales management.
- Strong preference for experience in processed juice, beverages, or confectionery industry.
- Proven experience managing general trade distribution networks.
- Strong background in leading field sales teams and distributor management.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management ability.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of FMCG distribution systems and GT channels.
