Top Notch Management Services is Human Resources Management firm with its head office in Nairobi and branches across the Country. On behalf of our client who deals with sale & distribution of Salmon fish we are seeking to hire a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to support the growth of salmon fish selling outlet. The role involves boosting sales, building customer relationships, and promoting high-quality salmon products to retail and wholesale customers.

Job descriptions & requirements

  • Key Responsibilities  

    Reporting To Managing Director the ideal candidate will be expected to:

    • Promote and sell salmon products to walk-in customers, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and  distributors.  
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales. 
    • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. 
    • Manage social media marketing and online promotions.  
    • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities.
    • Prepare sales reports, customer feedback reports, and marketing performance updates. 
    • Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.  
    • Coordinate product displays, promotions, and in-store branding activities. 
    • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.  
    • Assist in pricing strategies and promotional offers.  
    • Support delivery coordination and customer order follow-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field. 
  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in food, fish, seafood, or FMCG industry. 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms, Strong communication and  negotiation skills.  
  • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently  and achieve sales targets.  
  • Social Media Marketing, product promotion, POS systems knowledge & Basic computer skills  (Microsoft Office)
