Job Summary:
Our client, a fast-growing real estate firm, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (Somali Speaking) to support business growth by driving property sales, client acquisition, and market penetration within the Somali-speaking market segment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Somali-speaking market.
● Promote and sell the company’s real estate properties to prospective clients.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property buyers.
● Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
● Organize and attend property viewings, site visits, and client meetings.
● Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
● Manage client inquiries and provide accurate information on available properties.
● Negotiate property deals and support clients through the sales process.
● Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance forecasts.
● Utilize digital platforms and social media for property marketing and lead generation.
● Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
● Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
● Must be fluent in Somali and English (spoken and written).
● Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
● Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer dynamics.
● Experience in digital marketing and social media campaigns is an added advantage.
● Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
