Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, professional, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to support aggressive client acquisition, field marketing, and platform growth. This is a performance-driven role suited for individuals who are proactive, resilient, and capable of closing deals in real market environments. Internship duration; 3-6 months.
Key Responsibilities
· Daily identify, approach, and onboard shippers and transporters
· Conduct field visits and direct business engagements
· Execute digital outreach and social media engagement strategies
· Guide clients through platform onboarding and usage
· Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active users to meet weekly onboarding targets.
· Collect and report market intelligence and customer feedback using CRM tools.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an individual who is:
· Professionally indigenous in sales and marketing and determined in sales execution
· With at least one (1) year of active experience in B2B Sales & Marketing
· Demonstrates a strong hunger for closing deals and achieving targets
· Social media savvy and confident in digital communication via WhatsApp, social media and digital tools.
· Possesses strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
· Quick to understand product knowledge and communicate value effectively
· Have basic ICT skills and ability to navigate websites and applications
What You Will Get
