SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Job summary
To drive revenue growth by personally generating sales while leading, training, and managing the sales team, distributors, and key accounts to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Direct Sales (Individual Contribution)
Actively sell Farisi Products to:
l Key accounts
l Distributors
l Wholesalers
l Supermarkets
l Retailers
Ø Open new markets and onboard new distributors and outlets.
Ø Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts within approved limits.
Ø Maintain strong relationships with all customers.
Ø Ensure personal monthly and quarterly sales targets are met in line with the company’s production capacity.
2. Sales Team Leadership.
l Lead, supervise, and motivate sales representatives and merchandisers.
l Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
l Conduct regular field visits with sales reps.
l Train the team on selling skills, product knowledge, and customer handling.
l Set and lead scheduled sales meetings for performance and growth evaluation.
3. Distributor & Channel Management
l Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors.
l Ensure distributors meet sales, stock, and payment targets.
l Resolve distributor conflicts and territory issues.
l Allocate merchandisers and distributors sales representatives to assist in product push.
l Monitor stock movement to avoid shortages or short expiry.
4. Sales and Marketing Planning.
l Concentrates on implementing brand and marketing activities.
l Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
l Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and route-to-market plans.
l Identify growth opportunities and product placements.
5. Reporting & Administration
Prepare and submit:
l Daily sales activity reports & weekly performance summaries.
l Monthly sales reports and forecasts.
l Track KPIs such as sales volume, revenue, collections, and market coverage.
l Ensure proper documentation of sales orders and agreements.
6. Collections & Credit Control
l Support finance in ensuring timely customer payments.
l Follow up on overdue accounts.
l Ensure compliance with approved credit policies and terms.
