- Set sales targets and monitor performance, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail chains, and beauty salons/spas.
- Expand market reach by identifying new business opportunities and customer segments.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnerships to maximize profitability.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive product demand.
- Develop content strategies for social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships specific to beauty and cosmetics consumers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with product teams to support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Track and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Coordinate activities across multiple retail channels and ensure consistent brand representation.
- Monitor distributor and retailer performance, offering guidance and incentives to optimize sales.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, partners, and distributors.
- Address customer feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and logistics) to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and CRM tools.
- Experience managing teams, distributors, or retail channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
