DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
· Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
· Develop relationships with property agents, SACCOs, corporates, employers, diaspora networks and investment groups.
· Generate new sales channels and strategic partnerships.
· Conduct market research on competing property developments and pricing.
· Identify opportunities for bulk and corporate land sales.
· Develop referral networks and agent relationships.
Sales
· Prospect and qualify potential land buyers.
· Respond to leads from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, website, WhatsApp, referrals, and walk-ins.
· Present available plots, locations, prices, payment plans and title documentation.
· Conduct sales calls, virtual presentations, and physical property tours.
· Organize and follow up onsite visits.
· Negotiate with customers within approved company guidelines.
· Convert qualified leads into bookings and completed sales.
· Cross-sell relevant services, including the Buy & Build offering where applicable.
Customer Relationship Management
· Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
· Keep accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM.
· Follow up on deposits, documentation, and completion of transactions.
· Maintain relationships with previous customers for referrals and repeat business.
· Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex matters appropriately.
Reporting
· Submit daily sales activity reports.
· Prepare weekly pipeline and conversion reports.
· Track leads, calls, appointments, site visits, bookings and completed sales.
· Monitor individual sales targets and conversion rates.
·
Provide
management with market feedback and competitor intelligence.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Sales or a related field.
· 2–4years' experience in sales, business development, real estate, banking, insurance, FMCG, or a related customer-facing industry.
· Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
· Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
· Good knowledge of Nairobi and surrounding property markets is an advantage.
· Experience using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business and digital sales platforms is an advantage.
· Valid driving license and experience is a mandatory requirement
