Key Responsibilities
• Attend to customers professionally and assist them with purchases
• Arrange and display products neatly within the shop
• Help customers identify products and provide accurate information
• Monitor stock on shelves and report low stock levels
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the shop
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer experience
• Support daily sales activities and achieve set targets
Requirements
• Diploma in sales or marketing related course
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, disciplined, and hardworking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer or point-of-sale knowledge is an added advantage
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
