SALES & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Nairobi, Kenya

ABOUT NEW LEAF WELLNESS
New Leaf Wellness is a fast-growing Kenyan brand leading a “Green Revolution” in wellness. We create sustainable, plant-based superfoods and cosmetics that empower healthier living. We’re building more than a business—we’re building a movement! THE OPPORTUNITY We’re looking for a high-energy, solutions-driven Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our daily growth.
This role is perfect for someone who:
• Loves closing sales and engaging customers
• Enjoys organizing systems and solving problems
• Is comfortable both online and on the ground (retail & markets) TASKS Sales & Customer Experience
• Respond to inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram & email
• Convert leads into sales and manage customer relationships
• Handle order processing, invoicing, and follow-up
• Expertly hand upselling
• Has a clear friendly tone and good phone etiquette Operations & Fulfillment
• Coordinate end-to-end daily order dispatch and deliveries
• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely fulfillment
• Track inventory and support stock coordination
• Manage merchandising process alongside inventory coordinator and Sales and Marketing manager
• Supervise restocking process and ensure quality and accuracy.
Retail & Brand Presence
• Conduct monthly store visits to ensure strong product visibility
• Represent New Leaf at pop-ups and markets (1–2x monthly)
• Engage customers and gather feedback to maximize brand presence and sales Planning & Support
• Support promotions, launches, and sales initiatives as directed by Manager
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve operations and customer experience
WHO YOU ARE
• 2+ years in sales, retail, or operations (FMCG is a plus)
• Highly organized, and solutions-oriented
• Strong communicator (English & Swahili)
• Comfortable with Excel and social media tools
• You take initiative—you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Be Proactive
