Job Description/Requirements
Pinkelle Adventures & safaris is a growing travel company with presence in Dubai and Nairobi. We handle holidays and tours for clients travelling to Kenya, Dubai, East Africa and other destinations.
- Drive B2B sales – bring in new travel agent partners and corporate accounts
- Convert qualified inquiries (B2B and high‑value B2C) into confirmed bookings
- Prepare quotations for holidays (Kenya, Dubai, Tanzania, Zanzibar, etc.)
- Follow up with travel agents and key clients until closure and earn commission on sales
- Manage the full client journey: inquiry → booking → travel, especially for B2B and complex files
- Liaise with hotels, DMCs, drivers and other suppliers; ensure all services are confirmed on time
- Verify booking details (names, dates, nights, vouchers) and track payments, balances and due dates
- Guide and supervise the customer support team (who mainly handle B2C clients)
- Assign daily tasks, review key communication/quotations where needed, and ensure SOPs are followed
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management and keep records and files organized
- Use WhatsApp Business, Respond.io, email and CRM professionally; update lead status (Leads → Booked → Paid → Lost lead etc)
