The Sales Person – Device Financing is responsible for driving sales of smartphones through the company's device financing program at assigned retail stores. The role involves identifying prospective customers, educating them on available financing options, processing financing applications, ensuring compliance with company policies

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell smartphones through the company's device financing program.
Actively engage walk-in customers and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned retail store.
Build strong relationships with retail store staff to enhance customer referrals and sales performance.
Customer Engagement
Explain product features, financing options, repayment terms, and eligibility requirements to customers.
Provide professional, accurate, and timely information regarding the financing process.
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate complex issues where necessary.
Customer Onboarding & Documentation
Assist customers in completing financing applications accurately.
Collect, verify, and upload all required customer documentation.
Ensure all customer information is complete and accurate before submission.
Follow all Know Your Customer (KYC) and company verification procedures.
Compliance & Risk Management
Adhere to company policies, lending procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure customer confidentiality and protect personal data in accordance with the Data
Protection Act, 2019.
Prevent fraudulent applications by conducting proper customer verification.
Report any suspected fraud, policy violations, or suspicious activities immediately.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate records of daily customer interactions and sales.
Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.
Track application status and follow up with customers until completion.
Ensure all company devices and sales materials are properly maintained.
Brand Representation
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Represent the company professionally within assigned retail stores.
Participate in sales campaigns, product launches, promotions, and training sessions.
Uphold the company's values, integrity, and customer-first culture.
Qualifications
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Finance, or a related field
is an added advantage.
Experience
At least one (1) year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, microfinance, banking, telecommunications, or a related field.
Experience selling smartphones, electronics, financial products, or credit products is an added advantage.
