Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Systems Sales Person to promote and support our systems solutions. The candidate shall be responsible for identification of clients to build strong customer relationships and leverage on the strong relationships to identify the clients needs and support the delivery of system solutions tailored to the clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing and post-sale follow-up
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate systems solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and stakeholders
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with technical and operations teams
- Collaborate with engineering, project and support teams to ensure successful system delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer data in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance objectives
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Educational qualification in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in systems, technology, or solutions-based selling
- Strong understanding of consultative/solution selling principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales preferred
- Technical background or ability to quickly learn systems
- Existing network or relationships within the target market
