Autocom Japan Kenya Ltd is a growing automotive trading company specializing in sourcing and selling quality vehicles from Japan to the Kenyan market. The company focuses on delivering reliable vehicles, transparent processes, and excellent customer service to both individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities;(but not limited to)
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries
Present and promote company vehicles and services to prospective clients
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Negotiate pricing and close deals professionally
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Stay informed about current vehicle inventory, pricing, and market trends
Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications & Requirements;
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields
2–3 years in sales, preferably in automotive, retail, or customer-facing industries
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, CRM tools are a plus)
Willingness to learn about vehicle specifications and import processes
Availability to start immediately
Must be based in or willing to work in Nairobi or Mombasa
