- Identify and acquire new customers including cosmetic shops, salons, pharmacies, and retail outlets to grow the company’s customer base.
- Develop and implement sales approaches to achieve monthly sales targets and increase product uptake.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through regular market visits, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat purchases and long-term business partnerships.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations based on their requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular field visits to increase product awareness, availability, and visibility across assigned markets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
- Support product promotions and educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, orders, and market feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports detailing performance, customer progress, and market insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in sales of cosmetics, beauty products, personal care products, or related FMCG products.
- Existing networks and experience selling to cosmetic shops, pharmacies, and salons will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
- Basic computer skills and ability to prepare sales reports.
