Key Responsibilities
* Identify and prospect potential clients through networking and referrals
* Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis
* Present and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions
* Close sales and consistently achieve or exceed set targets
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Provide after-sales service and portfolio reviews
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Qualifications & Requirements
* Proven experience in sales (insurance or financial services preferred)
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* KCSE Certificate
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
* Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
* IRA qualification is an added advantage
