A local foam production company based is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join their team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing debt collection, and maintaining excellent reporting and behaviour standards. The position requires extensive travel within Nairobi and the Eastern.

Job descriptions & requirements

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned regions.
  • Identify and propose new sales territories within the assigned regions. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Follow up with clients on overdue invoices and implement strategies to reduce payment delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
  • Provide daily sales reports and updates to the Management
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Confirm the loaded product before proceeding to the market. 
  • Take care of the assigned work tools.
