Job descriptions & requirements
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned regions.
- Identify and propose new sales territories within the assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Follow up with clients on overdue invoices and implement strategies to reduce payment delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Provide daily sales reports and updates to the Management
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Confirm the loaded product before proceeding to the market.
- Take care of the assigned work tools.
