Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through field visits, calls, and online channels
• Present and sell digital products and technology solutions to businesses
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
• Understand client needs and propose suitable digital solutions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year proven experience in sales
• Experience selling digital products or services (software sales is a strong plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to understand and explain digital or technology-based solutions to clients
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an added advantage
