Job summary

Dira HR Solutions is recruiting a motivated and target-driven Sales Representative – Perfumes on behalf of one of our clients in the beauty industry. The role involves promoting and selling a range of perfumes across retail outlets, wholesalers, and direct customers while delivering consistent sales performance and excellent customer service.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Promote, demonstrate, and sell perfumes to retail outlets, wholesalers, and individual customers.
• Identify new markets, customers, and sales opportunities to grow revenue.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and sales.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales and activity reports.
• Maintain an accurate record of sales, collections, and customer interactions.
• Follow up on leads, repeat orders, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of proven experience in sales, preferably in beauty, distribution, or FMCG environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
• Results-driven with a strong customer focus
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tool

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be assessed based on the following indicators:
• Demonstrated ability to achieve perfume sales with a minimum revenue of Kes.50,000
monthly.
• Customer acquisition and retention
• Overall sales contribution and growth
• Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting

Work Environment
Field-based role, including retail-focused and customer visits.
