Key Responsibilities
• Market and sell residential and commercial properties
• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
• Conduct property viewings and client site visits
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements professionally
• Follow up on prospects to close deals
• Maintain accurate client and sales records
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications & Education
• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
• Certification in Real Estate Sales or Property Management is an added advantage
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 1–3 years proven experience in real estate sales or property marketing
• Strong understanding of property pricing, market trends, and client handling
• Existing client network is an added advantage
