Job summary

We are a fast-growing real estate company based in Parklands, Nairobi, specializing in property sales, rentals, and property marketing. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative with strong real estate knowledge to drive property sales and client acquisition.

Company: Real Estate Company (Parklands)
Location: Parklands, Nairobi
Salary: Ksh 25,000 + Commission
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Market and sell residential and commercial properties
• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
• Conduct property viewings and client site visits
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements professionally
• Follow up on prospects to close deals
• Maintain accurate client and sales records
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications & Education
• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
• Certification in Real Estate Sales or Property Management is an added advantage

Experience Requirements
• Minimum 1–3 years proven experience in real estate sales or property marketing
• Strong understanding of property pricing, market trends, and client handling
• Existing client network is an added advantage

• Customer relationship management skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong knowledge of Nairobi real estate market (especially Parklands and surroundings)
