Key Responsibilities
• Market and sell residential and commercial properties.
• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Conduct property viewings and client site visits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements professionally.
• Follow up with prospects to close deals.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & Education
• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Real Estate Sales or Property Management is an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in real estate sales or property marketing.
• Strong understanding of property pricing, market trends, and client management.
• Existing client network within the target market is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of the Nairobi real estate market, especially Parklands and surrounding areas.
