Sales Representative
Job summary
We are seeking 3 results-driven Sales Representatives to promote and sell our hygiene and medical liquid products (ARO and PURO products respectively)
Job descriptions & requirements
Location: Syokimau, Kenya
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell ARO and PURO products to hospitals, renal-units, factories, schools etc.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand market coverage
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Monitor market trends
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
• Support tendering and procurement processes
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Pharmaceutical Science, Laboratory Science, Biomedical Sciences, Marketing, Business administration or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in sales; medical/pharmaceutical sales is an added advantage
• Sales competence; prospecting & lead generation, negotiating skills & closing ability.
• Digital skills; basic use of CRM and digital meeting tools
• Ability to use AI for research
• Ability to use LinkedIn for networking
• Good communication skills (clear & professional, able to present)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (word, excel, power-point)
• Proficiency in both English & Kiswahili
Remuneration:
Basic Salary: Ksh.30,000
Transport Allowance: Upto Ksh.5000
Airtime: Ksh.1000
Commission: 2.5 % of target net sales
