On behalf of our client, we are looking for Sales Representatives to drive revenue growth by developing new business, managing existing customer accounts, promoting products, and achieving assigned sales targets within designated territories.

ย โข Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
ย โข Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
ย โข Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
ย โข Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
ย โข Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines in the CRM system.
ย โข Prepare sales quotations, orders, and basic contracts.
ย โข Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery with the operations team.
ย โข Collect market intelligence on competitors and pricing trends.
ย โข Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
ย โข Submit weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports.

ย โข Minimum of a high school certificate; diploma or degree is an added advantage.
ย โข 1โ3 yearsโ experience in sales, preferably in distribution or FMCG.
ย โข Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
ย โข Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
ย โข Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems.
ย โข Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territories
