SALES REPRESENTATIVES- BEAUTY PRODUCTS

Ø  Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Ø  At least 1–3 years’ experience in sales (cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG preferred)

Ø  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ø  Basic understanding of cosmetic products and beauty industry trends

Ø  Good attention to detail and time management skills

Ø  Ability to work independently and as part of a team                     

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø  Identify and pursue new business opportunities (retail shops, beauty stores, salons, wholesalers)

Ø  Promote and sell cosmetic products to meet and exceed sales targets

Ø  Conduct market visits and generate leads within assigned territories

Ø  Develop and maintain a strong customer base

Ø  Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

Ø  Provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations

Ø  Follow up on customer orders, payments, and feedback

Ø  Maintain in-depth knowledge of cosmetic products, brands, and industry trends

Ø  Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and new arrivals

Ø  Support marketing activities such as promotions, activations, and product launches

Ø  Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends

Ø  Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product performance

Ø  Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

Ø  Track sales performance against targets

Ø  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
