*Key Responsibilities*
- Market and sell company properties to prospective clients
- Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms
- Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients
- Advise clients on pricing, locations, and investment options
- Negotiate and close sales professionally
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports and achieve set targets
- Coordinate with administration, legal, and finance teams
- Stay updated on market trends and company projects
*Remuneration*
- Retainer: KES 26,740 (Gross)
- Commission: 3% on successful sales
