Job Purpose
The Sales Specialist will drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and leveraging both physical sales and digital platforms to generate leads and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the construction projects industry
● Promote and sell aluminium doors, windows, and related products
● Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and clients
● Conduct product presentations and site visits where required
● Use social media platforms to market products and generate leads
● Participate in social media live streaming to promote products and engage customers
● Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Requirements
● Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction industry
● Experience in door and window sales is a strong added advantage
● Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
● Proven experience in social media marketing
● At least 2 years’ experience in social media live streaming
● Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
